Site member numbers are slowly increasing as the word gets around that this is the new site, hope a lot of you are keeping track of the Manilla slope Fest thread over on RC groups as well.
We have a great number of sponsors once more this year so another huge turn out is expected

The Wind has once again turned toward Mt Annan,
Just wondering if the South Facing hill is flyable - or are there too many treees now ?
.... The wind seems a bit gusty - if you see this post today [ Tue ] do you think the background wind is adequate to stay Up??
Thanks , Glenn.

Tuesdays wind was only good from mid day till 4pm.
Could not get down to Mt Annan in time.
At least I have the batteries all charged. . .. ready to learn to fly all over again. :)

Sorry for the late reply Glenn, yes all faces at Mt Annan are still flyable some regrowth has occurred at the top but we have permission from Sydney water to crop the olive weeds . just take a pair of shears each time you go out and trim the bushes :)

Of course I could not get away from Father duties on Sunday - am wondering what wind will get down to this Monday arvo...
Forecast says 12 km/h SSW. which is a little light but I am a desperate { and soon to be Frozen } frustrated Slope Addict.

The Next Windy day is ...
Saturday 26 May.
will be westerly at 22 km/h , but .. 3 deg C . That should test me out , seeing I was sick 3 days ago....
The Home Minister of Health [ wife] may ground me, but the will is strong.
